Supervisors

Must have at least three years operations experience and supervisory/lead experience with supervising crews/teams of 10-25 and a thorough knowledge of the methods and techniques used in a similar environment utilizing heavy equipment. Hands-on experience in working with injection pumps, shakers, and excavators a must. Mechanical aptitude essential. Working knowledge of shift scheduling, cost control, safety, environmental and equipment maintenance and supervision. High School diploma, trade school or general education degree (GED) preferred with ability to read, write and comprehend English (operational process, safety and quality instructions). Fluency in Spanish and some college preferred. Technical degree optimal. PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Wash Rack Operator

Must have experience working with truck washouts in an oil base mud environment and in a safety sensitive environment. Ability to read, write and comprehend English (operational, process, and safety instructions). Knowledge of safety training and mechanical aptitude a plus. Must understand and follow all safety policies and apply good safety practices while working. Must be able to work outdoors and on various rotating shifts. Experience working at an oilfield waste disposal facility is a plus.

Pump Operator

Must have experience working with pumps (tri-plex and other) in an oil base mud environment and in a safety sensitive environment. High School diploma, trade school or general education degree (GED) preferred with ability to read, write and comprehend English (operational process, safety and quality instructions). Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of pumps as related to injection wells essential. Experience working at an oilfield waste disposal facility, refinery or plant including well test experience in exploration and production industry a plus. Ability to perform maintenance and service on the pumps and other site equipment expected. Must be able to work outdoors and on various rotating shifts.

Receiver

Must have experience directing the unloading of trucks with various waste streams at a plant facility and preparing customer tickets according to company procedures and required recordkeeping in an oil base mud environment and in a safety sensitive environment. High School diploma, trade school or general education degree (GED) preferred with ability to read, write and comprehend English (operational process, safety and quality instructions). Must have the ability to perform basic math equations and have computer skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred. Must have the ability to diagnose process problems, troubleshoot basic equipment and take corrective action within policy and procedure limitations. Knowledge of safety training such as HAZMAT class a plus. Experience working at an oilfield waste disposal facility is a plus.

ADT Truck Driver

Drives truck equipped with dump body to transport and dump non-hazardous E&P oilfield waste. Performs all duties according to company operating and safety procedures and guidelines tomaximize safety. Conducts pre- and postwork inspections of truck. Relocates oilfield waste within facility and provides general cleaning assistance as needed. This is a non-DOT truck driver position and is classified as Off-the-Road Truck Driver. Primary requirements include ability to read, write, and comprehend English (operational, process, safety, and quality instructions). Experience driving an articulated truck preferred. Must demonstrate ability to learn and independently operate equipment used at facility. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are essential.

Equipment Operator

Operates at least one piece of heavy equipment or machinery equipped with buckets or dozer blade to excavate, push, or load dirt. Attaches and detaches auxiliary pieces of equipment to power drive equipment. Moves oilfield material to stockpiles and treatment cells as directed, following verbal instructions, safety, and operating procedures. Repairs cell bottoms in preparation for refill. Levels stockpiles. Performs routine CLAIR (cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, inspection, and minor repair) on assigned equipment. Reports and documents result of work performed. Primary requirements include high school diploma or GED, ability to read, write, and comprehend English (operational, process, safety, and quality instructions), experience and proficiency operating at least one type of heavy equipment such as dozers or excavators preferred.
