Cassidy Smith

Cassidy is responsible for overseeing all sales-related activities in the Midland Basin, including personnel, generating new business, and recommending solutions to meet customer needs.

A sales professional with more than 22 years of energy industry experience, Cassidy worked at Baker Hughes and Compressor Systems, Inc. prior to joining Milestone. Before starting his oilfield career, he spent six years in the U.S. Army.

Cassidy earned his associate degree from Midland College, and is a graduate of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council’s Executive Leadership Program. He lives with his wife and two children in Midland, Texas, and enjoys hunting in the great outdoors.
